Her advice to private companies includes the assessment for their participation in all phases of the selection process, including the identification of risks and opportunities in the business, the reviewing of proposals and the presentation of administrative contestations and appeals; as for the fulfillment of contracts for the provision goods and services and public works, and the propose of strategies for disputes resolution through arbitration. She provides advice on sanctioning procedures for breach of public procurement regulations.
