    Katherine has experience in Labor Law, Procedures in labor and Immigration Law, especially in legal advice related to hiring personnel, modification of labor conditions, labor subcontracting and outsourcing.

    Katherine has participated in Due Diligence process and labor audits. Additionally, she has experience in procedures before the Administrative Labor Authority.

    • Advice to companies on the hiring of national personnel and wage structuring.
    • Advice on the implementation of compensation planning and cost reduction and wage planning policies.
    • Legal counselling on individual employee's claims, disciplinary procedures, layoffs, individual and collective dismissals. Contracting labor conditions, and the implementation of workers benefits of every kind.
    • Advice on labor subcontracting, outsourcing and group of companies.
    • Carrying out labor audits, due diligence, for the purchase and sale of significant companies, in order to determine possible contingencies and establish recommendations to make possible the related processes.
