    • Assisted the concessionaire Metro in the execution of the concession contract granted by the Peruvian Ministry of Transportation and Communications to develop the new Lima subway line.
    • Advised a telecommunications company on the execution of its contracts for the provision of services to public entities within the framework of the Procurement Law.
    • Assisted pharmaceutical and medical equipment and device companies in appeals before the State Contracting Tribunal.
    • Assisted companies from different sectors in sanctioning proceedings before various public entities, having obtained the acquittal in accordance with the law.
