Juan Carlos Medina is an associate at Estudio Echecopar. He focuses his practice in Public Contracts, infrastructure, corporate law and arbitration.
He advises on the procurement and execution of important infrastructure projects using international contracts and PPP.
He has led international procurement processes of technology services, concessions supervisors and other complex services, through mechanisms such as Government-to-Government Agreements, international organism's regulations, among others.
Likewise, he has advised in arbitration and Dispute Boards.
He integrated the committee that elaborated the Law N.° 30225, Public Procurement law, and its regulation, approved by Supreme Decree N.° 350-2015-EF.
Additionally, he has advised to different companies in the elaboration of commercial contracts, M&A operations, as well as other corporate operations.
