Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, with expertise in matters related to environment and public law. Natalia has complemented her law degree with a MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
During the last 5 years, Natalia has focused her professional practice on advising national and international companies, banks and financial companies in Mergers and Acquisitions, projects and financing, with a main focus on environmental issues for projects in the energy, fishing, mining sector, agriculture and infrastructure. Likewise, she has been part of multidisciplinary teams creating strategies to mitigate and control environmental risks for relevant projects in Peru.
She has been researching and studying matters involving environmental policy and political ecology issues, sustainable economies, and environmental and social problems in relation to natural resources.
