Practice focus
She has advised on real estate transactions regarding the analysis of registry and urban contingencies, including also the diagnosis and legal cleaning of properties. In addition, Daniela has worked independently and led diligence teams and transactions in the tourism and retail industries.
She is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions, and has been involved in the acquisition and sale of and sale of companies, assets and shareholdings, including mergers, spin-offs reorganizations and other corporate structures; in which she has had an important participation analyzing the properties, commercial contracts, and others of the companies.
As a member of the real estate practice group, she has advised and accompanied national and foreign clients in obtaining various licenses and permits before public entities; as well as in sanctioning procedures and in complaints against illegal bureaucratic barriers.
Also, her professional practice includes consulting and issuing legal opinions related to matters of property and contractual law, as well as advising investors in the acquisition, transfer and affectation of real estate, in the obtaining of licenses and permits, in zoning of properties, in urban habilitations and in registry matters.
