Eileen has solid experience in administrative law, telecommunication law, and the elimination of bureaucratic barriers, free competition and unfair competition. She undertook specialized studies in the field of public law and good government. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. Additionally, she is an expert in the practice and teaching of argumentation, rhetorics and debate, and has lead international workshops on the matter.
She belonged to the Specialized Tribunal of Defense of Free Competition at the Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Proteccion de la Propiedad Intelectual (National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and Intellectual Property – INDECOPI) between 2012 and 2017, where she developed interpretative criteria, worked drafting proposals for resolutions and elaborating final resolutions on the subjects of dumping and subsidies, free competition, unfair competition and bureaucratic barriers.
