  • Biography

    Adrian Tovar is an associate at Estudio Echecopar. He specializes in providing advice on financial law. He has experience in local and international, bilateral and syndicated financing, asset securitization, public and private offerings of securities and structuring of investment funds, advising structurers, lenders, borrowers and issuers. Likewise, he has a solid knowledge of the regulation of the securities market and the financial system, having advised various clients, local and foreign, in these areas.

    • Part of the team that advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros, as arranger, and Banco de Crédito del Perú, as lender, in a financing for US$ 60 million to Ferrocarril Central Andino S.A. (2021)
    • Part of the team that advised Banco BBVA Peru, Interbank and Scotiabank Peru in a club deal for S/ 1.70 billion in favor of UNACEM. (2021)
    • Part of the team that advised Perurail S.A. in a loan for US$ 40 million granted by Banco Santander, S.A. (2020)
    • Part of the team that advised Consorcio Transmantaro S.A. in relation to the international issue of bonds under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 for an amount of US$200 million. (2020)
    • Part of the team that advised Atria Energía S.A.C. for the structuring of the "Primer Programa Privado de Bonos de Titulización - Atria Energía" up to a maximum outstanding amount of US$ 20 million, and for the realization of the first issuance under said program. (2020)
