Estudio Echecopar, member of Baker & McKenzie International advised Fondo de Inversión en Bienes Raíces Larrain Vial- Colliers II (FIBRA LVC II) in the sale of a premium office building to Grupo Patio for USD 46,441,218.
The building, located in Las Camelias Street in San Isidro, has 12 floors intended for premium offices (more than 12 thousand square meters of offices space, 359 parking spaces and 243 square meters for commercial premises).
The team that advised FIBRA LVC II consisted of Alonso Miranda, partner; Enrique Johanson, senior associate and Diego Becerra, associate.
The negotiation was rather complex and took around 1 year to close. The execution of the contract occurred during a national state of emergency in Peru due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
