Estudio Echecopar, member of Baker & McKenzie International, advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A. and Banco Santander Perú S.A., as structuring agents, in a financing for up to USD 40,600,000.00 granted by Banco de Crédito del Perú and Banco Santander S.A. (Uruguay) to Administradora Jockey Plaza Shopping Center S.A. ("Jockey Plaza"), intended for the reprofiling of debt and other corporate uses.

The financing is backed by a guarantee trust that includes certain real estate owned by Jockey Plaza which, through a framework contract of guarantees, also supports the obligations of Jockey Plaza derived from the issues made under its corporate bond program.
