This deal is important for the Purchaser as it is Nord Anglia’s first acquisition in Peru. Moreover, the complexity of this deal was determined by the current impact of the Covid-19’s pandemic in the Peruvian education system and the uncertainty for the future regulations to be implemented for a potential reopening of the schools under a hybrid learning system, whose risks had to be allocated between the Parties.
