Estudio Echecopar advised Interbank in a finance leasing operation in favor of La Arena

Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker McKenzie International advised Banco Internacional del Peru S.A.A. - Interbank (the "Lender") in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of a US$ 16'520,000 finance leasing operation in favor of La Arena S.A. (the "Lender") with the participation of Shahuindo S.A.C. as assignee.

The proceeds of the leasing transaction will be used for the construction of a mining leach pad at the La Arena mining unit located in the department of La Libertad.
