Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker Mckenzie International advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in connection with a medium term secured loan for an aggregate principal amount equivalent to US$ 15'000,000.00 (the "Loan") to Corporación Agrolatina S.A.C., to repay certain outstanding indebtedness.
