The Peruvian government called for a Public Bid in order to grant the concession for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the "220 kV Ica - Poroma Transmission Line, substations and associates extensions" and the "200 kV Cáclic - Jaén Norte Transmission Line, substations and associates extensions" ("the Projects").
The bid is aimed to national and international potential investors.
The concession will be granted for a 30 years period, counted as of the commercial operation date of the Projects.

220 kV Ica - Poroma Transmission Line |
Description | This project will allow the dispatch of the current and future non-conventional renewable energy in the area of influence, as well as the improvement of the operational quality of the associated transmission system. |

Description | This project will allow the supply to the Bagua-Jaén Power Grid from the national grid and the improvement of the operational quality of the associated transmission system. |

The total investment for the Projects will be USD 130 million.
The competition factor will be the lowest Total Service Cost. The Total Service Cost is comprised by the sum of the Annual Investment Cost, plus the Annual Operation and Maintenance Cost of the Projects.
ProInversion expects to award the Project in the last quarter of 2022.
