During the first 15 working days of April, solid waste generators in the nonmunicipal management area (applicable to all sectors) are required to submit through the Solid Waste Management Information System (SIGERSOL) platform the Annual Declaration on minimization and management of solid waste, corresponding to the previous year.
Failure to submit this annual declaration will result in a fine of up to 3 tax units (PEN 15,450).
