Disposal of 100% of CTS permitted until 31 December 2021

Through Law No. 31171, workers who receive this benefit are authorized to freely dispose of 100% of Compensation for Time of Service (CTS) deposits made in financial institutions and that they have accumulated until the date of disposal.

This extraordinary authorization will be valid until 31 December 2021.

In the next 10 days, the Executive will issue the necessary regulatory provisions to implement this measure.
