Regulation on environmental issues have become relevant, not only because of the magnitude of exploitation activities of natural resources, but also because of the gradual and sustained incorporation of other economic sectors to the compliance with environmental quality standards and other formal obligations (permits, licenses and declarations) with authorities of the corresponding sectors.
In this practice area, we have extensive experience advising companies dedicated to both the exploitation of natural resources (mining, hydroelectric, gas and oil) and the industrial, chemical, agriculture and construction sectors.
