We provide constant advice on matters of contractual and non-contractual liability, offering our clients fully detailed reports on success probability in matters related to compensation for damages. In this sense, we work together with the area of Dispute Prevention and Resolution to develop procedural strategies, the same way we do across the other areas of practice across the Firm.
