We know the main legal aspects related to the establishment and operation of private educational institutions. We have extensive experience advising all types of legal entities, both for-profit and not-for-profit, whose line of business corresponds to the education sector at all levels: schools, institutes and universities. We advise them on administrative procedures before the various educational authorities, including MINEDU, UGEL, Regional Education Directorates (DRE) and SUNEDU, as the case may be, and in the management of aspects of their corporate maintenance.

We have advised some of the main schools in the Peruvian market on the full extent of legal issues related to their operation, from a corporate point of view, educational regulation and consumer protection, and in their relations with various regulatory agencies.

Likewise, we have assisted several clients in the design of complex structures for the efficient operation of educational institutions and in the design and implementation of acquisition structures for educational institutions.
