Likewise, we are specialized in the filing and proceedings of tax claims before the Superintendency of Tax Administration (SUNAT), Fiscal Tribunal, municipal governments and other State agencies.
It is worth mentioning that some of our lawyers have been advisor of the Peruvian Congress and of Ministers and that are, or also have been, members or members of the board of the Peruvian Institute Tax Law, of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law Research and the International Fiscal Association.
