Negotiations, Litigation and International Arbitrations

We provide legal advice and render our professional services in a wide range of international negotiations and represent our clients in international trials and arbitrations, both private and public.

We maintain labor relationships with prestigious law firms of the most important markets of the world and their members are part of different organizations that promote local and international arbitration, which allow us to work jointly with first class law firms with extensive experience in international arbitrations before ICSID and other relevant forums.

In public international law, our lawyers may provide advice and participate in international jurist teams on procedures before the International Court, the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, the International Court of Justice of the Andean Community or the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, as well as in ad hoc tribunals.

Likewise, we represent the filing of some human rights violation before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (CIDH) or before Human Rights Commissions established through International Agreements of Political or Civil Rights, or of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, as well as before Specialized Committees acting within the Union Nations and established in the Conventions of any kind against Racial Discrimination, against Torture, regarding Women Rights and Children’s rights.
