Our team has extensive experience on the defense of the Constitution.

We believe and defend democratic values, according to the philosophy we follow and promote among our lawyers. Our commitment and sense of responsibility for our country from a privileged position as lawyers of our community have always characterized us.

Some attorneys have participated in the elaboration of main aspects of the last two Constitutions (1979 and 1993), particularly on labor, jurisdictions, politics, economic and tax matters.

We permanently advise on legal consultancy as well as on the defense of constitutional rights through constitutional procedures (habeas corpus, amparo, and unconstitutionality, of habeas data enforcement, both before specialized jurisdiction of the Judiciary as well as before the Constitutional Tribunal.
