Administrative Law regulates the action of different powers and agencies that are part of the State for the compliance of their constitutional and institutional purposes, and which acts through an organized structure of the so-called public administration and its relation with the citizens.

We provide advice on any matter concerning Administrative Law in general, that is not of other specialties and that is the channel for performing any agency act of the public administration and the legal framework for the citizens’ relationships and of the public administration companies. We also advise Administration agencies willing to have an orientation and legal advice for the compliance of their duties within a framework of strict legal respect, as well as advice on the administered party in relation with those agencies.

Regarding advice to the Administration, we believe that the revision, elaboration and drafting of bills are very important, as well as the invitations for proposals and bids and other similar documents. Another relevant aspect is the legal interpretation of the law, and the analysis of lawfulness and the right on petitions, claim and complaint of the administered parties.

In the past years, we advised emphasizing on the defense and protection of individual and corporate rights of the administered parties with respect to a possible abuse or denial of some administrative officers and authorities.
